H. Dallmeyer London, No62787, No.4 Stigmatic Series II Patent', with corresponding tele-photo mount engraved 'J. H. Dallmeyer, London No. 63269Telephoto Attachment Patent', Ross Zeiss Convertable Anastigmat, Sinclair double extending lens hood, 2 French polished mahogany DDS's, a red leather and French polished mahogany film back, all in the original fitted case with trade label to inside.
