Glass Stereoview of Madagascan Travellers Palm
Glass stereo diapositive showing a very impressive travellers palm (Ravenala Madagascariensis). This palm is native to Madagascar. The plant is known for storing water in it's sheaths of stems, travellers can access the water which gives rise to the name. The palm is known to reach a height of 30 feet.
