including: an English, 19th Century, travelling set containing a facet-cut glass bottle with stopper and graduated cylindrical glass measure, in a tooled leather case – 7.8cm. x 3.4cm. x 9.1cm.; a late 19th Century, cased set with three glass bottles with stoppers and plated graduated hypodermic syringe (without needle), in a plush-lined (worn/detaching at edges), leather case – 12cm. x 8cm. x 2.6cm.; a 19th Century, cased set possibly to aid labour in pregnancy, comprising two plated female catheters with stilets, a graduated cylindrical glass measure, two (of three) glass bottles with stoppers (one broken and stuck, one not original), and string, with three handwritten paper labels for ‘Syrupus Chloral’, ‘Spi:Ammoniae Aromaticus’ and ‘Ex: Ergotae Liquidum’, set incomplete, in velvet-lined (damage), leather case (in two parts) with plaque engraved ‘F. M. Burton’ – 14cm. x 6.7cm. x 3.5cm.; a Georgian medicine spoon, by Thomas Freeth I, London, 1804 -- 7.4cm. long; and an English, 20th Century silver plated spatula/tongue depressor, by S.C. & Co. and retailed by Reynold & Branson Ltd / Leeds – 12.8cm. long
