Rutherford R.A.M.C. 3rd Welsh Field Ambulance' in a leather case stamped W.R.; a set engraved BS CF2 6x in a leather case with an engraved brass plaque to the inside of the lid which reads 'Presented by the staff of the Western Division to J.M. Wattie, LLD HMS CIS on the occasion of his retirement December 1927
