A Case of Drawing Instruments, Stanley

English, c.1880, by Stanley , the French polished mahogany case with lift out tray containing proportional dividers, beam compass ends etc, the lower compartment with a few rules and protractor, case 36cm. [CITES]

Provenance: originally the property of Charles William Cocks, a soldier who fought in the trenches of the great war. He returned to England and became an engineer on the railways.
