English, c.1900, unsigned, mechanism mounted on a lacquered brass plate, with a wide 2 bellows aneroid stack with linkage to the pen arm, clockwork mechanism behind disk, all on a waxed oak base with a 2 compartment drawer containing circular papers and the key with glazed cover with beveled glass windows, 38cm wide
