a 19th century silver and glass syringe in velvet and silk lined leather case, with gilt label 'Mon. Charriere, Collin & Co. Paris', the plunger appears to be operated by spinning the screw thread to inject fluid slowly, the two needles are broken at the base. Lid compartment with cleaning wires; a later nickel plated syringe, cased with two needles and cleaning wires; with a 19th century German spring lancet, the pin retaining the release lever missing, in distressed case
