Johnstone, B.Sc, Ph.D, M.B, Ch.Bb(Leeds) F.R.M.S., A.R.P.S, and featured in his book (included in this sale) plate 13b and page 70-89, large vulcanite stage with steel base plate to hold all parts of the instrument most finished in brass in a custom built fitted case, case width 28cm
