English (?) late 18th Century, unsigned, glass plate with crank handle 4 friction pads on adjuatabel screws, in brass bound French polished frame, 2 large tubular conductors raised on glass legs, with bar conductor at the back all on a large French polished wooden tabel, overall height 137cm
