consisting of a thermopile engraved in coller plate 'Ruhmforff' on lead filed base with adjustable stand with compass type joint to the top, with conical hood with cover, 21cm tall, the other possibly for use with a spectroscope, engraved in copperplate script 'J. Carpentier, Paris' and '496' and '3' on a lead filed stand with adjustable stand, with adjustable slit to the thermopile, height 26cm
