Samuel Buckle Salt Prints
4 salt prints size 190x155mm, 3 embossed "SAML.BUCKLE" and one embossed "SAML BUCKLE LEAMINGTON", each has a hand written pencil inscription reading, Kenilworth, At Kenilworth, Gateway at Peterbro and The Elm Tree Peterbro.
Samuel Buckle exhibited at The Great Exhibition in 1851, winning a Council Medal. He does not appear to have produced any commercial photographs, He developed the "Buckle Brush", a tool for coating calotype paper.
