A Set of Cupping Instruments

English, 19^th Century, lacquered-brass and glass, containing a twelve-blade scarificator with three replacement six-blade mechanisms, a ball lamp, a cased candle, a glass vial and cupping glass (replacements), contained in a fitted velvet-lined, leather covered cylindrical case (some wear, damage and not closing) – 19.6cm. long.

Note: The inner lining of upper case is loose and has script (English) to the reverse which appears to be accounts.
