Flints Auctions Instagram Camera Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 This giveaway is organized by Flints Auctions, based in the United Kingdom, and is open to participants in other countries at our discretion, subject to international import laws.
1.2 By participating in this giveaway, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Participants from other countries may enter at our discretion, subject to international import laws and regulations.
2.2 Employees of Flints Auctions and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Entry to the giveaway is free. No purchase is necessary.
3.2 To enter, participants must:

• Comment on the giveaway post on Instagram.
• Share the giveaway post in their Instagram Story and tag @FlintsAuctions.
  3.3 Entries will be accepted from 14th May to 21st May 15:00 BST. Any entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. Personal Data

4.1 No personal information will be gathered as part of this giveaway.
4.2 Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message to arrange the delivery of the prize.

5. Selection of the Winner

5.1 The winner will be picked at random from the comments on the giveaway post using an Instagram picker app.
5.2 The winner will be announced on 21st of May, and contacted via Instagram direct message.
5.3 If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner.

6. The Prize

6.1 The prize for this giveaway is a Hasselblad 500cm.
6.2 The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
6.3 Flints Auctions reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
6.4 The winner is liable for any import duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply when receiving the prize in their country.

7. General

7.1 Flints Auctions reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of our control.
7.2 Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Flints Auctions.
7.3 The decision of Flints Auctions regarding any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.4 The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, Flints Auctions will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Flints Auctions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
